How Drive 2 Retail Limited collects, uses and protects the information you give us.
Not yet legally reviewed. This page describes how the platform actually handles data. It must be checked against the data-protection law of each market Drive 2 Retail Limited operates in before launch.
When you register a business account we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number and your billing and delivery addresses. You may also provide a business registration or tax ID.
When you order, we record the order itself: the products, quantities, prices, delivery address and the payment reference returned by our payment provider.
We do not store card details. Card data is handled entirely by our payment provider. We keep only the transaction reference and status returned to us, which is what lets us match a payment to an order.
If you subscribe to trade updates we will use your email address to send them. You can unsubscribe at any time, and doing so does not affect the emails we must send you about your orders.
Content required: Name the specific payment, hosting, email/SMS and logistics providers used in production.

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, access to administrative functions is role-based and restricted, and databases are backed up on a schedule with a documented restore procedure.
